If we cannot reach an agreement, the European Consumer Centre (ECC) in your country gives free help with cross-border purchases inside the EU: find your ECC. You may also use an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your own country.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform no longer exists. Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealed the ODR Regulation and the platform was switched off on 20 July 2025, so we do not link to it. Any shop still doing so is pointing you at a dead channel.
